Thanksgiving Turkey with Monk Fruit Juice Concentrate Liquid Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole turkey (10-12 pounds)
  • 2 tbsp H2-Luo Monk Fruit Juice Concentrate Liquid (LHGJ02/LHGJ05)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter for a richer flavor)
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 lemon, halved
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • Fresh herbs (like sage, thyme, or rosemary) for stuffing the cavity

Instructions:

1.Prepare the Turkey:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Rinse and pat dry the turkey. Remove any giblets or neck, if included, and discard or save for making stock.
  • Season the turkey inside the cavity with salt, pepper, and fresh herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary, etc.).

2.Make the Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, combine the H2-Luo Monk Fruit Juice Concentrate Liquid (LHGJ02/LHGJ05) with olive oil (or melted butter) to create a smooth glaze.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper to the glaze mixture and stir well.

3.Apply the Glaze:

  • Using a brush, generously coat the turkey with the glaze mixture, making sure to cover both the skin and any exposed areas. Save some glaze for basting throughout the cooking process.

4.Stuff and Roast:

  • Stuff the turkey’s cavity with lemon halves and onion quarters.
  • Place the turkey breast-side up on a rack in a roasting pan. If desired, loosely tent the turkey with aluminum foil.
  • Roast the turkey for about 13-15 minutes per pound, basting every 30 minutes with the remaining glaze to ensure even browning and flavor.

5.Final Steps:

  • Once the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) in the thickest part of the thigh, remove it from the oven.
  • Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving to allow juices to redistribute.
